TERMS & CONDITIONS & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We take pride in the quality of our goods and service and we endeavour to process and dispatch all in-stock items within 24 hours of ordering. Orders placed at the weekend will be despatched the following Monday, excluding Bank Holidays. Please note items may be temporarily out of stock however we will always inform you of any expected delays as soon as possible after receiving your order.
UK Mainland. Postage within the UK Mainland is £2.95 per order - and is free on orders of £30 and over. All our products are delivered 1st class by Royal Mail. We use the Royal Mail 'signed for' service for orders of £30 or over. We expect delivery to be the next working day, however we cannot guarantee it. If you need your order in a hurry then we offer an Express Postage option for £7.95. Please ensure you place your order before 4pm on the day before you require your items and select this option at the checkout. Orders placed on Friday are usually received on Saturday but may not be received until the following Tuesday due to the limited service offered by Royal Mail over the weekend. This applies even if you have paid for Express Postage.
Europe. Postage to Europe is charged at £7.95 per order, no matter how much you order.
Unfortunately we no longer post to countries outside of Europe.

We offer a no quibble returns service. This means that if you are not entirely happy with the goods you have purchased, for any reason, then you can return them to us for a full, no quibble refund. Simply return the goods in their original condition and packaging along with the original receipt within 28 days (14 days for sale items). If you do not have the receipt then we will happily offer an exchange or gift voucher.
If posting your goods, then please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and where possible obtain a certificate of postage/ receipt from the post office. You should retain this until your refund is processed. Please note that you will need to pay for the return postal charges unless you can show us that the product was sold to you in a faulty or damaged condition.

Online orders only: You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund as long as this is done within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. This can be done when returning your goods to our shop or by contacting us via this website or at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at our Ripley boutique on 01773 512950. We are open 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Saturday (closed on Wednesday and Sunday).
Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the goods to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
